Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Although Feelzz is committed to serving you with the best quality products, if you receive a defective product or have to cancel a saree due to an unforeseen situation then we have an easy return policy in place for you. Here’s what you need to know about our return policy.

Our cancellation policy is valid for 24 hours after placing your order. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns due to threads or stains of natural dyes on the fabric.
  • Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation is considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please log into your account and click on the “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel. However, the cancellation will not be entertained if the product has already been shipped.

Return and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Conditions:

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at help@feelzz.com mentioning your Order Id.
  • When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of return by you.
  • To return your product, you should write an email to us at help@feelzz.com
  • Return & refund are accepted only for a damaged or defective item and we appreciate you making validation of the claim with a video (right from the moment of opening the package)
  • Return request has to be placed within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment.
  • Item has to be returned in its original condition. Unwashed, unworn & with intact folding & price tag ( as delivered ). 
  • Refund will be processed once the item has been received in our warehouse & approved after checking for the above conditions.
  • Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat, or phone call.

Late or missing refunds

We appreciate you waiting for at least 15 days before raising a complaint. Here are a few things you can do:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck with your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at help@feelzz.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should write an email to us at help@feelzz.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
